CNC Processing

Through use of our multiple CNC machines, Pearsons Glass are able to offer bespoke shaped glass panels, whilst also including a variety of cut-outs, notches and drilled holes.

Whether your requirement is an individual uniquely design table top, with a creative touch, or a fit for purpose solution to hanging glass doors and shower screens, our CNC facility enables us to provide a solution to it all.

Our flat-bed machines are perfect for any smaller, shaped panels requiring cut-outs and notches for sockets or hinge details. Anything larger can be processed through our vertical machines. Both facilities can fully polish your panels with high accuracy, helping with processes such as UV Bonding and EVA Laminating.
